Seeking out an older edition of this manual for research, and thought this one was relatively within the range I was looking for because the publication date is listed as 1911. However if you look in the first couple of pages, it shows a list of revised editions from the 1920s, up to 1926—this text is therefore incorrectly labeled. The very first edition of the manual was published well before 1911, so I'm curious where the poster got that year from. Still a fascinating primary source, but not what I was looking for despite its labeling.
